Ballet is the foundation to all dance forms. Students are taught to stand correctly and develop the posture and co-ordination for everyday life.

Jazz is a less structured form of dance, many children and teenagers find jazz enjoyable for fun and fitness. It is recommended that Jazz and Ballet be learnt together as they compliment one another.

Tap is an energetic and dynamic form of dance, which has become more popular with the young and old since the “Tap Dogs” and "Bootmen" .

Street Funk/Hip-Hop is a style seen on music videos and the music used is the latest ‘Top 40 Hits'.

Boyz Funk this is a class especially for boys because there are boys out there that feel shy dancing in classes with girls. This class has proven to be very successful.

Pilates is a gentle, whole-body conditioning program which is individually tailored to suit your needs. Through the repetition of slow, precise muscle toning exercises. The Pilates method teaches the body to correct and controlled the use of muscles. The focus is on correct body alignment and breathing control.
